Christmas lights that never come down.
Architectural LED track built into your roofline — invisible by day, breathtaking by night, and controlled from your phone all year. Warm white for Christmas, any color for any occasion.
Lighting that lives in the architecture.
Invisible by day
A low-profile aluminum channel, color-matched to your fascia and tucked under the drip edge. From the street at noon, your home looks untouched — no clips, no cords, no trace.
Individually addressable LEDs
Every diode is its own pixel. Classic warm white C9 spacing for December, crimson and gold for game day, soft amber accents for an ordinary Tuesday — patterns change in seconds.
Controlled from your phone
Schedules, scenes, timers, and dimming from a simple app. Lights greet you at dusk and shut off at midnight without you touching a switch — 365 days a year.
December is just the beginning.
The night we commission your system, it glows classic warm white — indistinguishable from our hand-cut C9 installs that light Highland Park and Southlake every December. That look is the foundation.
Then January comes, and instead of takedown day, you open the app. Soft architectural white for everyday elegance. Your team’s colors on Friday nights. Red, white & blue in July, amber in autumn, a quiet glow over the porch for the holidays in between.
It’s the last lighting decision your roofline will ever need.
An honest comparison.
Seasonal C9 installation
Permanent roofline system
Not sure which fits your home? We install both — seasonal holiday light installation remains our signature service, and we’ll tell you honestly which one your roofline calls for. For the full cost math, read our permanent vs. seasonal comparison guide.
Transparent pricing.
Permanent roofline systems in DFW run $20–$45 per linear foot installed, depending on roofline complexity, stories, and soffit construction. Most single-story front elevations land between $4,500 and $7,000; full-perimeter and two-story estate installations typically run $8,000–$12,000+.
Every quote starts with a walkthrough and a measured design — you’ll know your exact linear footage, channel color match, and total price before we order a single foot of track. The system carries a manufacturer LED lifespan rating of 15–20 years, and our workmanship warranty covers the installation itself.
From walkthrough to first light.
Design walkthrough
We walk the property, measure the roofline, match channel color to your fascia, and show you scene options on homes we’ve lit.
Measured proposal
Exact linear footage, exact price, install date reserved. No allowances, no surprises.
Installation day
Our own W-2 crew installs the channel, wiring, and controller — most homes complete in one to two days, clean site every evening.
Commissioning night
We program your first scenes together at dusk, walk you through the app, and hand over a roofline you’ll never climb a ladder for again.
Built for DFW’s finest rooflines.
Permanent lighting earns its keep on architecture worth framing — the deep gables of Highland Park and University Park, Preston Hollow’s long horizontal rooflines, the stone elevations of Southlake’s Carillon and Vaquero, lake-facing homes in Heath and Rockwall that glow across the water. If your home is the kind neighbors slow down for in December, a permanent system makes that true in June.
We’ve installed Christmas lights in Highland Park and across 27 DFW cities since 2009 — the same crews, the same $2M insurance, and the same standard now applied to systems that never come down.
Common questions.
Is the track really invisible during the day?+
From the street, yes. The aluminum channel sits tucked under your drip edge or shadow line and is powder-coat matched to your fascia color. Visitors standing in your driveway at noon routinely can't find it until we point it out.
How is this different from Trimlight or Jellyfish?+
Same category of product — discreet channel, addressable LEDs, app control. The difference is who installs it: our own W-2 crews who have hung DFW rooflines since 2009, a measured fixed quote, and one local company accountable for the system for its whole life.
Will my HOA approve it?+
In our experience across DFW, yes — because the system is invisible by day, most HOA lighting objections don't apply. We provide spec sheets and daytime photos for your architectural review committee, and we're glad to answer their questions directly.
What happens if a section fails in year six?+
You call us. Diodes are rated for 15–20 years, the channel is aluminum, and sections are replaceable without redoing the roofline. Our workmanship warranty covers the install; we service what we sell.
Can I still get the classic C9 Christmas look?+
That's the default scene we program first. Warm white with C9 spacing is indistinguishable from our seasonal installs at night — it's the whole reason our permanent clients chose us over a generic installer.
