Priority scheduling means returning customers get first pick of dates before public booking opens, ensuring you keep your preferred installation window. How priority rebooking works
Each spring, we open returning customer rebooking 30-60 days before public booking opens. You receive a personalized rebooking offer based on your previous installation โ same design, same pricing, same preferred date. You can also use the rebooking process to modify your design (add tree wrapping, expand landscape lighting, change colors). Rebooking is confirmed quickly via text, email, or phone. Once confirmed, your installation date is locked in and you don't need to do anything else until installation day.
What's included in your returning customer pricing
Returning customer pricing locks in at your previous year's rate as long as you continue annual service. This is rare in seasonal businesses โ most companies raise prices annually. We don't. Your locked-in pricing includes: full installation labor, all materials, free in-season service calls, January takedown, year-round storage, and lifetime warranty on installed LEDs. If you add scope (more tree wrapping, expanded landscape lighting), the added scope is priced at then-current rates, but your base installation pricing stays locked.
Multi-year contract option
For maximum pricing protection and scheduling certainty, we offer multi-year contracts (typically 3-year or 5-year terms). Multi-year contracts lock in pricing for the full term (sometimes with modest savings vs. annual contracts), guarantee priority scheduling for every year of the contract, and include all standard service benefits. Multi-year contracts are particularly popular with Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Westlake, and other luxury market customers who value pricing and scheduling certainty.
Bringing new requests into your rebooking
Your rebooking is the right time to expand or refine your installation. Common additions returning customers request: adding tree wrapping for trees not previously wrapped, adding wreaths or garland for areas previously skipped, upgrading from C9 only to full property treatment, changing colors (warm white to multicolor, or vice versa), adding landscape and pathway lighting. Discuss any changes during rebooking and we'll provide updated quotes for the new scope while maintaining your base pricing.
What to do if you've moved
Moved to a new DFW home? You're still a returning customer at the new address. Submit the new address during rebooking and we'll provide a free design consultation for the new property. Your returning customer pricing protection applies to the new property based on your previous service relationship. Many of our customers have moved across DFW and continued service uninterrupted through several different homes.
Referral rewards
If you refer a new customer who books with us, we appreciate it and reward it. Referral rewards typically include a credit toward your next installation or a complimentary upgrade (wreath set, additional tree wrap, etc). Mention the referring customer's name during the new customer's consultation, and we'll apply the reward to your next service. Many of our best long-term customers come through referrals from existing satisfied customers.

When does returning customer rebooking open?+
Returning customer rebooking typically opens in July or August โ 30-60 days before public booking opens. You'll receive a personalized rebooking offer via email and/or text. Confirm any time after receiving the offer to lock in your preferred date.
Will my pricing increase if I rebook?+
No โ returning customer pricing locks at your previous year's rate. We don't raise prices on returning customers for loyalty. The base installation pricing stays locked as long as you continue annual service. Only added scope (new tree wrapping, expanded design) is priced at current rates.
Can I change my design when I rebook?+
Yes โ your rebooking is the right time to expand or refine. Common additions include more tree wrapping, additional wreaths/garland, landscape lighting expansion, color changes. Discuss during rebooking and we'll provide updated quotes for new scope.
What if I want to do less than last year?+
Reducing scope is fine. If you want to drop some elements (fewer trees wrapped, simpler design), we'll adjust pricing accordingly. Returning customer pricing protection still applies to the reduced scope.
