Do I pay full price for Christmas lights every year?

You own the lights from then on. Every year after, you pay a lower flat price for just the install and takedown, because the lights are already yours. Do you store my Christmas lights, and what does that include?

Yes โ€” free climate-controlled storage is included. When the season ends we take everything down and store your lights in our warehouse at no charge. No clutter in your garage, nothing to lose. As long as we store your lights, they stay under warranty โ€” we replace bulbs and clips as needed and have everything ready every November. It keeps reinstalls fast and hassle-free, with no service-call fees, ever. (If you store your own lights and lose or damage them, you have to buy them again โ€” that's why we store them for you.)

Every free quote from us includes: on-site or virtual property assessment, custom design consultation, detailed pricing with no hidden fees, scope of work (rooflines, trees, landscape, wreaths, etc.), color and style options, installation date scheduling, and warranty details.

We use premium commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs โ€” the gold standard for outdoor Christmas lighting. C9 LEDs are larger, brighter, more energy-efficient, and longer-lasting than traditional incandescent or smaller LED bulbs.

Every strand is custom-cut to fit your home's exact roofline โ€” no generic templates, no template installs.

Do you provide the Christmas lights?

Yes โ€” we supply everything. Premium commercial-grade C9 LED lights custom-cut for your home, plus all clips, timers, and extension cords.

You don't need to buy or own a single thing. Lights are stored at our facility year-round between seasons.

Can you do colored lights, not just warm white?

Yes. We install Christmas lights in many color schemes including warm white, pure white, red and white, red and green, multicolor, blue and white, and custom color combinations.

Design consultation is included in every free quote โ€” tell us your vision and we'll design it.

Do you offer tree wrapping with Christmas lights?

Yes. Tree wrapping is one of our most requested services. We wrap mature oak trees, palm trees, decorative trees, and bushes.

Common styles include full trunk and branch wrapping in warm white, multicolor wrapping for festive displays, and net lights for bushes and shrubs.

Do you install on HOAs and commercial properties?

Yes โ€” we have dedicated services for both. HOA installations include neighborhood entrances, gates, clubhouses, parks, and common areas.

When should I book Christmas light installation for 2026?

How long does the installation take?

Most residential installations are completed in 2 to 6 hours depending on home size and design complexity.

Highland Park luxury estates and larger properties may take a full day. We provide a specific time estimate during the free quote process and arrive with all materials pre-cut and pre-tested.

About scheduling and timing

Installation window runs late October through early December. Premium luxury neighborhoods (Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Vaquero Club, Carillon) typically book by mid-September. Standard residential areas have availability through October. Returning customers get priority scheduling automatically. We recommend new customers request quotes by Labor Day weekend at the latest. Most residential installations complete in 4-12 hours during a single day. Larger estate installations may span two days but never longer. Crew arrives at scheduled time window in a branded company truck. Lead installer walks the property with you (or works from approved design notes), confirms the plan, and crew begins systematic installation. Roofline first, then trees, then wreaths and garland, then power and timer setup. Each section tested before moving to the next. Crew waits for dusk to verify full display, then walks the property final time.

About in-season service and warranties

Free in-season service calls are included with every installation. If anything goes wrong during the holiday season โ€” strand goes dark, wreath falls, timer fails โ€” text or call us and we come back same-day or next-day at no charge. Lifetime warranty on installed LED bulbs as long as you continue annual service. We replace any failed bulbs or strands at our cost. Once we install and store your lights, ongoing material costs (bulbs, clips) are our responsibility โ€” not yours.

About takedown and storage

January takedown is included with every installation. In early January (typically January 2-15), we return to your property and carefully remove every light, wreath, garland, and tree wrap. Everything is packed and transported to our climate-controlled storage facility for year-round storage. You don't store anything in your garage. Next November, your same custom-cut strands return ready for installation.

How do I get a free quote?+

Are you available on weekends?+

Yes โ€” we work weekends throughout the installation season (mid-October through early December). Many customers prefer weekend installations when they're home. We also accommodate weekday installations for customers who prefer them. Weekend availability is the same as weekday โ€” no weekend surcharge.

Can you install if it's raining?+

We work in light rain but pause for heavy rain, lightning, or extreme weather. Wet rooflines are slippery โ€” safety always takes priority over schedule. If we have to pause for weather, we reschedule for the next available date and communicate proactively. Weather delays are not the customer's responsibility.

What if I don't like the installation?+
