Commercial Christmas tree installation, start to finish.
Lobby trees, plaza trees and 30-foot courtyard centrepieces across Dallas–Fort Worth. We deliver, assemble, light, maintain through the season, then take down and store — so your property gets the centrepiece without your facilities team touching a ladder.
Commercial Christmas tree installation in DFW typically runs $2,500–$25,000+ depending on height, location and whether the tree is yours or ours. A 12-foot lobby tree with lighting and decor sits around $2,500–$5,000 installed; a 30-foot exterior plaza tree with commercial-grade lighting and a lift crew runs $12,000–$25,000+. Trees for every
kind of property.
From a single lobby tree to a plaza centrepiece visible from the street, the work changes with the setting.
Lobby & atrium trees
8–20ft interior trees for office lobbies, hotel atriums and medical buildings. Fire-code compliant, weighted bases, cable management hidden from guest sightlines.
Plaza & courtyard trees
20–40ft exterior trees for shopping centres and corporate campuses. Anchored for North Texas wind, lit with commercial-grade C9 or mini-LED, powered from an existing exterior circuit.
Retail centre trees
Centre-court and entrance trees timed to be lit before Black Friday, installed overnight so you never lose a trading hour.
Full decor packages
Ribbon, oversized ornaments, tree skirts, gift boxes and topper. Colour-matched to your brand palette if you have one.
Delivery & storage
We store your tree and decor in a climate-controlled facility between seasons, inspect it each year, and replace what has aged out.
In-season service
A dark section or a knocked ornament gets fixed on a callout at no charge — our crews are already routing DFW daily through December.
Booked in October.
Lit before Thanksgiving.
Commercial trees have a harder deadline than rooflines — most properties want them lit the day after Thanksgiving.
The scheduling constraint is what most facilities managers underestimate. A 30-foot exterior tree needs a lift, a crew and a delivery window, and every commercial property in DFW wants the same two weeks in November. We book commercial tree work from September and hold the last week of November for properties that commit early.
Interior trees carry a different constraint: fire code. Anything in a lobby or atrium needs flame-retardant material and a clear path of egress, and in some buildings the fire marshal wants to see documentation. We handle that as part of the install rather than leaving it with your facilities team.
If you already own a tree, we will install and light it. If you would rather not store a 30-foot tree eleven months a year, we can supply one and keep it in our climate-controlled facility between seasons — which is what most multi-property clients end up doing after the first year.

Common
commercial christmas trees questions.
The things buyers in this category actually ask before they commit.
How much does commercial Christmas tree installation cost in DFW?+
Most commercial trees land between $2,500 and $25,000. A 12-foot lit and decorated lobby tree is typically $2,500–$5,000; a 20-foot atrium tree $5,000–$12,000; a 30-foot exterior plaza tree with a lift crew $12,000–$20,000. Installing and lighting a tree you already own starts around $1,800. All figures include takedown and off-season storage.
When do we need to book to have the tree lit by Thanksgiving?+
September or early October. Commercial tree work concentrates into the same two weeks of November across the whole metroplex, and lift availability is the bottleneck rather than crew time. Properties that commit by early October get their preferred install date.
Do you supply the tree or do we?+
Either. We install and light client-owned trees, and we supply trees for properties that would rather not store one for eleven months. Most multi-property clients move to a supplied tree after the first season once they have dealt with storage logistics once.
Can you install outside business hours?+
Yes, and for retail and hospitality we usually do. Overnight and pre-opening installs are standard for us — we schedule around trading hours, guest arrivals and tenant access rather than asking you to work around us.
Do interior trees meet fire code?+
Yes. Interior installations use flame-retardant material and maintain clear egress paths, and we provide documentation where the building or fire marshal requires it. That is handled as part of the install.
What happens to the tree in January?+
We take it down on a scheduled date, inspect the tree and decor, replace anything that has aged out, and store everything in our climate-controlled facility until next season. There is no separate takedown charge.
