Hotel and venue holiday lighting.
Porte-cochères, lobbies, ballroom entrances and full facades across DFW hospitality. Installed overnight so guests never see the work, finished to photograph well, and up early enough to sell your December event calendar.
Hotel and venue holiday lighting in DFW typically runs $8,000–$60,000+. A porte-cochère and entrance package is roughly $8,000–$15,000; a full facade with lobby, ballroom entrance and grounds runs $25,000–$60,000+. Hospitality work is installed overnight around guest arrivals, and we schedule earlier than commercial norms so properties can photograph and market December event space from early November.

Installed overnight.
Guests never see it.
The constraint that defines hospitality work is that your property never closes.
Crews work overnight windows agreed with your operations team, typically between the last arrivals and the breakfast rush. No lifts in the porte-cochère at check-in, no ladders in the lobby during an event, no crew noise on guest floors. We plan the sequence around your event calendar before the first fixture goes up.
We also schedule hospitality earlier than the commercial norm. Hotels and venues need to photograph the space and market December events from early November, which means the display has to be finished before the month most commercial properties are still booking. That is a real scheduling constraint and it is why hospitality work is quoted in September.
Finish quality matters more here than anywhere else we work. A cable visible in a wedding photograph is a complaint you will hear about for a year. Symmetry, hidden runs and consistent colour temperature are checked at handover rather than assumed.

Common
hotels & venues questions.
The things buyers in this category actually ask before they commit.
How much does hotel holiday lighting cost in DFW?+
A porte-cochère and main entrance package typically runs $8,000–$15,000. Adding lobby and an interior tree brings it to $15,000–$25,000. A full facade with lift work is $25,000–$40,000, and a resort property with grounds and event spaces $40,000–$60,000+.
Will installation disturb our guests?+
No. We work overnight windows agreed with your operations team — typically between last arrivals and the breakfast rush. No lifts at the porte-cochère during check-in, no ladders in the lobby during an event, and no crew noise on guest floors.
How early do you need to start for our December event bookings?+
Earlier than most commercial work. Hotels and venues need to photograph and market December events from early November, so we quote hospitality in September and install in October. Waiting until November means marketing a space that is not dressed yet.
Can you dress a ballroom for a specific event?+
Yes — event-space dressing is quoted separately, from around $4,500 per ballroom, and can be scheduled for a specific date rather than the whole season. Winter weddings are the most common request.
How do you handle cables and finish quality?+
Runs are hidden, symmetry is checked, and colour temperature is held consistent across the property. A visible cable in a wedding photograph is a complaint you hear about for a year, so finish is verified at handover rather than assumed.
Do you provide COIs for our management company and ownership entity?+
Yes, both, with the proposal. We carry $2M general liability and are used to hospitality requirements where the operator and the owner are separate entities.
