Retail and restaurant Christmas lighting.
Storefronts, shopping-centre facades, patios and drive-throughs across DFW. Installed overnight so you never close, finished before Black Friday, and bright enough to pull traffic off the road after dark.
Retail and restaurant Christmas lighting in DFW typically runs $3,500–$35,000. A single storefront or restaurant facade with patio lighting is roughly $3,500–$8,000; a multi-tenant shopping centre with entrances, parking-lot trees and signage runs $15,000–$35,000. Retail work is installed overnight and completed before Black Friday, which is the deadline that matters.

Everything that
pulls people in.
Retail lighting has one job — make someone driving past at 6pm decide to stop.
Storefronts & facades
Roofline, window surrounds and entrance. The surface that competes with every other tenant on the strip.
Patios & outdoor dining
Bistro-string canopies over patio seating, which extends usable outdoor dining into cold months.
Drive-through lanes
Menu-board and lane lighting for QSR — the queue is a captive audience for six weeks.
Parking lot & island trees
Often the most visible thing from the road, and cheaper per unit of impact than facade work.
Pylon & tenant signage
Centre signage lit so it stays legible after dark rather than competing with the display.
Overnight installation
Installed after close. You open the next morning to a finished storefront and never lose a trading hour.
Black Friday is
the real due date.
Retail has the hardest deadline in the industry and the least tolerance for overrun.
Every other commercial sector can tolerate a display finished in early December. Retail cannot — the six weeks from Black Friday are the trading period the whole year depends on, and a display that goes up on December 5th has missed a third of its value. We schedule retail first for that reason and hold the week before Thanksgiving for centres that book by early October.
Bistro-string patio lighting is the single highest-return item for restaurants. It makes outdoor seating usable and appealing through a North Texas December, which recovers covers you would otherwise lose to the cold — and it photographs well enough that guests do your marketing for you.
For multi-tenant centres, the parking lot trees are usually where we would put the next dollar rather than more facade work. They are visible from the road at the moment a driver decides whether to turn in, and they cost less per unit of impact than anything on the buildings.

Common
retail & restaurant questions.
The things buyers in this category actually ask before they commit.
How much does retail Christmas lighting cost in DFW?+
A single storefront or restaurant facade typically runs $3,500–$6,000, and adding patio bistro lighting brings it to $6,000–$10,000. A small strip centre is $10,000–$18,000, and a multi-tenant centre with parking-lot trees and signage $18,000–$35,000. Patio lighting alone starts around $2,200.
Will you have to close us during installation?+
No. Retail and restaurant work is installed overnight after close. You open the next morning to a finished storefront and never lose a trading hour.
Can you guarantee we are lit before Black Friday?+
For clients who book by early October, yes — we hold the week before Thanksgiving for retail specifically. Retail has the hardest deadline in the industry and we schedule it first for that reason.
Is patio lighting worth it for a restaurant?+
It is the highest-return single item we install for restaurants. Bistro string over outdoor seating makes the patio usable and appealing through a North Texas December, recovering covers you would otherwise lose to the cold, and guests photograph it themselves.
Where should a shopping centre spend a limited budget?+
Parking lot and island trees, before more facade work. They are what a driver sees at the moment they decide whether to turn in, and they deliver more impact per dollar than anything on the buildings.
Do you work with individual tenants or only centre management?+
Both. We install for centre ownership across a whole property and for individual tenants on their own storefront. Where we already service the centre, tenant work is straightforward to add.
