Commercial wreaths and garland, professionally hung.
Oversized entrance wreaths, wrapped columns, lit garland along canopies and monument-sign decor. Mounted without drilling into stone or brick, engineered for North Texas wind, and taken down in January by the same crew that put them up.
Commercial wreath and garland installation in DFW typically runs $900–$8,000. A single lit 48-inch entrance wreath installed is roughly $900–$1,500; a full entrance treatment with wrapped columns and canopy garland runs $3,500–$8,000. Pricing is driven by wreath diameter, garland linear footage, mounting height and whether the greenery is lit.

Entrance decor that
reads from the street.
Wreaths and garland are the highest-impact-per-dollar work we do commercially — they sit exactly where people arrive.
Oversized entrance wreaths
36in to 72in commercial wreaths on glass, stone, brick or metal facades. Lit or unlit, with weather-rated ribbon that holds colour through the season.
Column & pillar wraps
Spiral garland on entry columns and porte-cochère pillars, secured without fasteners into the stone.
Canopy & railing garland
Lit garland along entrance canopies, balcony railings and stair rails — priced by the linear foot.
Monument sign decor
HOA and office-park entrance monuments: garland, wreath and uplighting sized to the sign rather than draped over it.
Interior lobby decor
Reception desks, door surrounds and interior railings, installed outside business hours.
Non-damaging mounts
No drilling into masonry. We use tension systems, existing hardware and engineered anchors, and we remove everything in January.
The entrance is
the whole first impression.
For hotels, retail and leasing offices, the doorway is where the holiday impression is made or missed.
The mounting question is the one that decides whether a job is done properly. Most commercial entrances are stone, brick, EIFS or glass curtain wall — none of which should be drilled for seasonal decor. We use tension rods, existing canopy hardware, magnet systems on steel, and structural anchors only where a building already has them.
Wind is the second consideration and it is specific to North Texas. A 60-inch wreath on an exposed west-facing entrance is a sail. We size the mount to the wreath and the exposure, which is why our wreaths are still square in January and why we are frequently called to replace someone else's that were not.
Lit garland is priced per linear foot and unlit is cheaper, but the difference in effect after 5pm in December is large. For properties with evening foot traffic — restaurants, hotels, retail — we almost always recommend lit.

Common
wreaths & garland questions.
The things buyers in this category actually ask before they commit.
How much does commercial wreath and garland installation cost?+
A single lit 36–48 inch entrance wreath runs $900–$1,500 installed. Oversized 60–72 inch wreaths are $1,500–$3,000. Lit garland is $15–$30 per linear foot, column wraps $350–$700 each, and a full entrance treatment $3,500–$8,000. Takedown and storage are included.
Will you drill into our stone or brick facade?+
No. We mount with tension systems, existing canopy hardware, magnets on steel and engineered anchors where a building already has them. Nothing we install leaves a hole, and everything comes off in January.
Will the wreaths survive North Texas wind?+
That is what the mount is sized for. A large wreath on an exposed entrance behaves like a sail, so the anchor is specified for the diameter and the exposure rather than using one standard fixing. We also come out on a no-charge callout if anything shifts.
Lit or unlit garland — is the upgrade worth it?+
For anywhere with evening foot traffic, yes. Restaurants, hotels and retail centres get most of their holiday impression after 5pm in December, and unlit greenery disappears at exactly the hour it matters. For a daytime-only office lobby, unlit is a reasonable saving.
Do you store our wreaths between seasons?+
Yes, in our climate-controlled facility, and we inspect and refresh the greenery and ribbon each year. Storing commercial wreaths on-site is where most of them get crushed.
Can you match our brand colours?+
Yes. Ribbon, ornament and bow colours are specified to your palette, and for multi-property portfolios we keep the spec on file so every site matches year to year.
